New Year 2013

Assalamualaikum semua,

Happy new year 2013.

i start the day with subuh prayer…alhamdulillah. well we in 2013 now. another day gone a new year come. hopefully we're under His bless. All the best to you all.

Anyway, my exam is just around the corner. on the 10th January to exact. Just one subject and after that another fieldtrip to Sarawak. 

It's been a year now. The last entry is on October last year. Well blame it on the laziness of mine. hehehe…

Well, after subuh prayer i sambaing tido. What? I'm sleepy so just sleep right… keep remind myself that exam is in 9 days time with plenty to revise..*sigh..

Anyway, I don't want to keep bragging about my exam. I just want to write about what i just watched just now on telly. HAPPY FEET. yea, the happy dancing penguin that cannot sing. i bet you all know that. happy feet is cartoon by the way. But i love cartoon. especially the happy one… :D

I first watched this cartoon in 2006. Mumble was an emperor penguin. he can't sing but he like to dance. that makes he different from the rest. Because he is different, so he just find his own happiness. He likes to dance and he met a group of adelie penguin that take him as he is. They have a good time together.

Mereka menghadapi masalah makanan. Noah, the elder of the emperor penguin asked them to keep on waiting. By singing, maybe somekind of pray for them, and for them Mumble was no good for them and a burden for them. Tapi Mumble has different idea. Dia tau yang masalah makanan yang dihadapi disebabkan oleh manusia yang menjalankan large scale fishing yang memutuskan rantaian makanan penguin tersebut.

He determined to prove them that there is reason why there was little fish for them. While trying to follow the fishermen, Mumble finally found himself in another place far from home. 

Dah nama pun kartun, so what do we expect. Takde logic di dalam kartun. But that is not what i want to emphasize. It just that, di mana ada keazaman di situ ada jalan. Berbeza dari yang lain tak bermakna kita take berguna. Kadang-kadang dengan perbezaan kita boleh lakukan perubahan. Well that was what Mumble did. He just did what he likes, back to his home, some researcher came to  their habitat, record what they saw, and boom, they became a highlight. The world argues whether they should stop large scale fishing activities or shouldn't. 

At the end, they survived. Happily singing and dancing.

The message, don't worry about your disadvantage or if you are different. Act wisely. Prove that you are also worth something. the most important, try harder to achieve what is good for you and the people around you.

Think i better start study…exam! Gambate….
